About Me: I’m the guy that would not have believed that I would be on this site if you had asked me a few years ago. Reading other peoples profiles it seems to be a common story out there which is quite reassuring – I’m not the only person who feels like this! Just looking to put the sparkle back in my life. Came to the conclusion beginning of the year that I could not pretend that good food and red wine was not having an effect on the waist line so got myself back in the gym.
