About Me: Human beings are endlessly interesting to me, but I usually want nothing to do with the consumption fueled capitalist culture that manufacture our modern values. I believe that communication is my path towards transcendence, and consequently, art, in all forms, holds an important place in my life. I love literature, and have made it my field of study. Making and listening to music can be a spiritual experience for me, though it often starts at the hips. Traveling is important to me, and I'm getting ready to hit the road this summer (wanna come?). I look for kindness and grace in the people with whom I surround myself. I am often divided between the sacred and the profane but I am beginning to understand the unity of these seemingly incongruous impulses. I attempt to be inwardly drunk and outwardly sober, in all its metaphorical manifestations.
