About Me: I'm a 20 year old student attending George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. I'm an English major there and one day hope to design the stories of video games. I am obsessed with the ideas behind and with storytelling and see video games as a new and potentially incredible form; With books we are told, with cinema we are shown, and with games we are interactive. Storytelling through interaction is a fascinating concept to me. Naturally, I'm a bit of a book worm/nerd. To write, I believe the old saying is true: one must read. Also, to design a game one must play. It's a logical concept to me (plus I can say it and look like I'm playing video games for a more objective goal than one of mere pleasure, however flawed that may be). But, I'm not closed to anything. You like hiking? Let's go hiking! You wanna go to a basketball game? I'll buy my ticket! I'm here to live, and anything that gets me out of my nerdom, if only for a day, is welcome. I like new things, or rather trying new things. It's the person I'm doing them with that matters; for me, everything's contextual that way. Sure, there are things that naturally appeal to me as a person, but things grow on everyone, even other people. Adaption. So, the "kind of person" I'm looking for is someone who's not afraid to try something else. In that way, I do look for symmetry. But everything else is kind of up in the air. I don't care what "race" you are or if you have a strong religious tiding, but I do care that you respect my own perspectives, just as I would try to do so with yours. I don't care if you're a little pudgy or a little thin, just so long as it looks like you take relative care of yourself. I'm somewhat of an introvert, but certainly not stoic against my counterparts. I enjoy (or rather thrive) on good literature, even stories in general, and desire to see things and travel places when I'm ready for that challenge. I study philosophy in my spare time, so I'm a bit of a buff on the subject. I just fi
