About Me: Well for starters I am originally from NJ. Try not to hold it against me. You probably wouldn't notice if I didn't tell you because I have been down here for so long. I was stationed at Ft Benning, GA for two years with the army and then another 5 at Ft Bragg, NC. I was Airborne Infantry, and in pretty much every unit I was in I was working with some of the biggest country men you will find. So I guess you could say it rubbed off a bit. Plus my dad's originally from GA, so I guess I might be genetically programmed for the south. I moved to Louisiana a couple years ago to be with my brother after I got out of the Army. I got bored living in Lafayette and felt I would find better work and have more fun in New Orleans so here I am, and I ended up finding a great job the week after I moved in, which worked out nicely. I am very active and like to be out and about, even if it is just walking around the FQ or up and down St Charles. I live in the garden district so pretty much anywhere is a beautiful walk. I love to cook anything. I work a lot, but given the right motivation I would rearrange my schedule. I like to go out of town during the weekends and explore places I haven't been to. I used to take flights to other parts of the country regularly, but due to my high responsibility at work I have to stay fairly local (for now). I have a small kitten named Carrie who is adorable. She is very playful and friendly. The Egyptians used to worship cats, and Carrie reminds me of it all the time..
