About Me: Well, to start off I am a very athletic and disciplined individual. Several days a week I am in the gym, 3 of those days I am training others, well really all several days of the week im training others because I often have others training with me while I have my own personal workouts. I have been working out nonstop for about 3 years not and fitness and exercise science has become my passion. I love to help and see others reach their goals in every way. I am a very motivational speaker when it comes down to it and an exciting person to be around. I am very lively and sociable and I love to have fun and be active. As far as the club life goes I would say that I go out very very seldom. I am more focused on fitness and bettering myself and my body on a daily basis therefore room for drugs and alcohol is completely irrelevant to my schedule.
