About Me: Cynical bohemian aesthete from the City by the Sea... I'm a complex combination of time-poor bookworm, disappointed socialist, lover of mid-priced wines and purveyor of dark humour. My job is at the front line of the NHS and involves shift-work, so full-time relationships can sometimes be tricky: and I'm looking for someone who's up for regular encounters, mornings debating the demise of the apostrophe, afternoons watching lost Hollywood classics, evenings comparing biscuit preferences, and the occasional midnight picnic. I'm happy to go with anyone else's musical preferences, as long as it doesn't involve operetta, Welsh folk music, Andrew Lloyd Webber or panpipes. I've recently discovered electro-swing and I've become a bit of a fan - although I don't claim to be an expert. Yet.
