About Me: What happened to the days when you could just be laid back and talk to someone and develop feelings and just fall in love? As we grow up and become more complex, it seems that everyone has become more focused on materialistic factors such as physical appearance and wealth. I want to meet someone who's warm and has an open heart for others. Just seeing people around me are digging themselves into holes from hooking up with random people makes me feel more jaded day by day. Is it just the way things are around this age group? I'm honest, everything you read here is true. Honesty is the prime trait that i have built my entire personality around and this means sometimes i could be blunt and shoot myself in the foot. Not a type of 'cool' or 'badass' kind of guy, i'd consider myself more of a dork/nerd. I'm asian, 5'6 and 165lbs, music has been a huge part of my life all along. I played the violin for 13 years (yes yes...typical thing for an asian guy to do haha), and I'm a huge alternative/rock listener. I graduated from Purdue as an engineer and now doing IT stuff for the government, the "dream" to be a musician/rocker is still in me! I believe we can categorize most people's personality two categories: a loyalist and a stray. I'm sure your opinion is going to be different. With a loyalist, as in my character, even when it hurts, I would remain a true friend. If this is what you're looking for, I'd be an ideal boyfriend. When in love, I have no objection to drop my friends to spend time with you, I'm giving, and when things don't work out, I try hard, and by that I mean I try until the end to make the relationship work. I'm book smart, I'm street smart as I've been through obstacles all my life that I'm not naive, I'm very caring. So what's wrong with my relationships? All I can say is, "I need someone who's capable to be the vessel for my love"
